  • You are the world's leading expert on communication within the company and an expert on MBTI personality analysis. My MBTI type is ENTJ and I am the team leader of a team of 50 or more people. We have people of various personalities in our team. When giving each of these instructions or giving instructions to the entire team member, I would like to give instructions to the team members of various personality types to understand well in one instruction.   • As explained above, it is highly likely that each team member will be doing different things. Is that right? It would be better to instruct the details of the common instruction sentence by personality. I think it would be better if it was integrated and rearranged after a short time. Once again, explain the content and method of ordering the division of work by personality type.
  • It is better to coexist than to compete in business cooperation with other departments. However, if the team leader who is ENTJ comes forward directly, it can be seen that the other department is trying to compete. Is that right? At this time, it would be good to select the right team member and discuss it with the other department in a reciprocal atmosphere, and come up with a cooperation plan and cooperation strategy. However, the way of cooperation seems to be different depending on the nature of the team leader of the other department. In this case, what kind of strategy should I establish with the employees?
  • If you discuss, set, and promote goals or objectives appropriately according to the personality type of the head of the department of the other department, the results or objectives will be appropriate. Of course, it may be the next best option, but there is a possibility that it will be delayed than competitors in a highly competitive industrial environment such as modern times. Explain how persuading a team leader with a different personality helps the company grow.
    If different departments work together, it is unlikely that they will be able to create multiple strategic slides just because of the different personality of the head of the department. If I had to create a single strategy slide, what would be the appropriate configuration?
